If you have any questions
PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) is the process of soldering electronic components onto a bare PCB. Our process includes solder paste printing, pick-and-place, reflow/wave soldering, through-hole assembly, cleaning, testing, and final inspection to deliver fully functional circuit board assemblies.
Yes, we provide complete mixed-technology assembly with both SMT (Surface Mount Technology) and through-hole soldering. Our flexible production lines can handle dual-sided SMT, fine-pitch components, BGA/QFN, and mixed through-hole/SMT boards in a single run.
We serve a wide range of industries including industrial control, medical device, new energy, navigation and communication, automotive, consumer electronics, and IoT. Each industry follows specific quality and certification standards that we rigorously uphold.
We employ AOI (Automated Optical Inspection), X-ray inspection for BGA/QFN, ICT (In-Circuit Testing), flying probe testing, and functional testing. Each board undergoes visual inspection at critical stages, and we maintain IPC-A-610 Class 3 workmanship standards throughout.
Absolutely. We offer flexible production from single prototypes to high-volume runs. Our NPI (New Product Introduction) team provides dedicated support for prototype builds including component sourcing, DFM feedback, and assembly process optimization before scaling to mass production.
Yes, we provide turnkey component procurement with access to major distributors including Digi-Key, Mouser, Arrow, and Future Electronics. We also offer consigned assembly if you prefer to supply your own components. All parts are verified through our IQC process before assembly.
Standard lead time is 1-2 weeks, but we offer accelerated 3-5 day turnkey service for urgent projects. Larger volume orders typically require 3-4 weeks depending on complexity and component availability.
We accept standard industry formats including Gerber files (RS-274X), BOM (Bill of Materials) in Excel/CSV, Pick & Place files, assembly drawings, and test specifications. Our engineering team will review all files and provide feedback before production begins.
Our facility is certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, IATF 16949 (automotive), ISO 13485 (medical devices), and IPC-A-610 Class 2/3. We also comply with RoHS, REACH, and UL standards to meet global regulatory requirements.
Yes, we provide conformal coating (acrylic, silicone, polyurethane), potting, and encapsulation services for harsh environment protection. These treatments safeguard PCBAs from moisture, dust, chemicals, and temperature extremes in industrial and automotive applications.
