Global Expert in Smart Control & Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS)
If you have any questions
Yes, we provide comprehensive one-stop PCB services covering the entire process from PCB design, prototyping, manufacturing, component procurement, SMT assembly, through-hole soldering, testing, to final box-build assembly. Each stage is managed under strict quality control to ensure seamless integration.
DFM (Design for Manufacturability) check is a free pre-production review we offer. We examine trace width/spacing, hole sizes, annular rings, solder mask clearances, silkscreen legibility, component spacing, and panelization layout to ensure your design is optimized for manufacturing and to prevent costly production issues.
Our engineering team can handle PCB designs up to 32 layers, including HDI with blind/buried vias, flex and rigid-flex boards, high-speed digital designs, and RF/microwave layouts. We use industry-leading EDA tools to deliver precise and manufacturable designs.
We manufacture a wide range of PCBs including HDI boards (any-stage), high-frequency PCBs, rigid-flex PCBs, heavy copper boards, metal-core PCBs, and standard FR-4 boards. Our facility supports advanced processes including laser drilling, via-in-pad, and impedance control.
We follow a rigorous design review process with automated DRC checks, manual engineering reviews, DFM analysis, and client approval gates at each milestone. Our engineers collaborate closely with the manufacturing team to ensure designs transition smoothly into production.
For BGA and other high-density packages, we use X-ray inspection (2D and 3D), automated optical inspection (AOI), and ICT/flying probe testing. X-ray is particularly effective for detecting solder joint voids, shorts, and opens under BGAs that are invisible to optical systems.
Our company holds ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, IATF 16949 (automotive), ISO 13485 (medical), and IPC-A-610 Class 3 certifications. These certifications ensure our products meet the highest international quality and reliability standards across all industries we serve.
We source materials and components exclusively from authorized distributors and certified suppliers. Every batch undergoes incoming quality control (IQC) inspection including visual checks, dimensional measurements, and electrical testing before being released to production.
We implement a multi-stage testing strategy including AOI, X-ray, ICT, flying probe, functional testing, and burn-in testing as required. Combined with statistical process control and continuous improvement programs, we consistently achieve first-pass yield rates exceeding 98%.
We support flexible order quantities from prototype runs (1-10 pieces) to mass production (100,000+ units). Our express service offers expedited turnaround times for urgent projects, with dedicated fast-track lines for small batch and rapid prototyping needs.
