According to the new structure, the current President, CEO, and COO Hideo Takasaki (72 years old) will be transferred to the position of Representative Director, Chairman, and CEO, while the current Director and Executive Director Tatsuya Akagi will be promoted to Representative Director, President, and COO starting from April 1, 2026.
