Do you provide one-stop PCB services? What specific stages are included ?

Yes, we provide comprehensive one-stop PCB services covering the entire process: PCB design and layout, DFM (Design for Manufacturability) checks, PCB prototyping and mass production, component procurement, PCB assembly (SMT and through-hole), and final testing and quality assurance.

What is a free DFM check? What specific items do you check?

A free DFM (Design for Manufacturability) check is a complimentary service where our engineers review your PCB design files before production. We check trace width/spacing, drill hole sizes, solder mask clearances, silkscreen legibility, board outline and layer stack-up, and component footprint compatibility to ensure smooth manufacturing.

What are your PCB layout design capabilities? What is the maximum number of layers you can support ?

Our experienced engineering team can handle PCB layouts from simple 2-layer boards up to complex 28-layer designs. We specialize in high-speed digital designs, RF and high-frequency layouts, HDI (High-Density Interconnect) boards, flex and rigid-flex PCBs, and designs with BGA, micro-BGA, and fine-pitch components.

What types of PCBs can you manufacture? Do you support HDI or high-frequency boards?

We manufacture a wide range of PCB types including FR-4 standard boards, HDI boards with microvias, high-frequency/RF boards (Rogers, Taconic materials), aluminum-based and metal-core PCBs, flex and rigid-flex PCBs, and heavy copper PCBs. We work with various surface finishes including ENIG, HASL, OSP, and immersion silver.

How do you ensure design accuracy and manufacturability during the PCB design process?

We follow a rigorous design process: initial schematic review and component selection, pre-layout simulation for critical signals, constraint-driven layout following IPC standards, comprehensive DRC (Design Rule Check) verification, DFM review against our manufacturing capabilities, and final design review with the customer before release.

How do you control quality regarding material and component procurement?

We have a strict supplier qualification process and only source from authorized distributors and certified manufacturers. All incoming materials and components undergo IQC (Incoming Quality Control) inspection including visual checks, dimensional verification, and functional testing where applicable. We maintain full traceability throughout the procurement chain.
